Drops & Withdrawals
Dropping an Early Fall Start course and adding a different one is allowed before the first day of class, as long as there is space available in the new course.
On the first and second day of classes, dropping and adding courses is permitted on a space-available basis only and requires written authorization from the instructor of the added course. Instructors must email their authorization to firstname.lastname@example.org.
To drop a course, email email@example.com. In the body of the email you should include:
- Your name
- Student number
- The title of the course you're dropping
Dropping and adding courses is not allowed after the second day of class.
Withdrawal and Refund Deadlines
||100% of the course fee, less a $100 withdrawal fee
||50% of the course fee, less a $100 withdrawal fee
||Permanent withdrawal (W)
||No withdrawal after last day of class
