The information below is for Early Fall Start 2017. Details for 2018 will be posted as they become available.
How to Register
If you are an incoming first-year student at the University of Washington Seattle campus, you don’t have to complete a separate application to enroll in an Early Fall Start course. Simply follow the registration instructions below.
Before you are eligible to register, you need to submit your New Student Enrollment & Orientation Fee confirming that you will be attending the UW in autumn quarter.
Registration for all Early Fall Start courses opens in April 2017. The final deadline to register is August 17, 2017, at 5 p.m.
To register, select the course you want and click on the Register link at the bottom of the page. Follow the instructions on the online registration page.
You must pay for your course at the time of registration. See the costs and financial aid page for details.
All Early Fall Start courses are open for registration on a first-come, first-served basis, and have a limited class size. You are encouraged to register as early as possible to ensure your spot.
Confirming Your Registration
Once you’ve registered for a course, you can confirm your enrollment by visiting MyUW. It may take several days for your course to appear.
You’ll need a UW NetID to access MyUW. You received information on how to obtain your NetID in your UW acceptance materials. See the UW NetID page for more information.
Last-minute changes to course times and locations sometimes occur. Before the first day of class, check MyUW for any updates.
